My Therapy Style
I provide psychotherapy for individuals and couples, specializing in work with adults. Many of my clients seek support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, marital or job stress, relational abuse, past sexual trauma, or anger management.
My approach is collaborative—we set goals together and move at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for you. I genuinely care about each person I work with and am committed to helping you find your path toward healing and wholeness.
Clients describe my style as warm, engaging, and grounded in empathy. I bring a gentle candor and an easy sense of humor that help people feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
